Please be informed that the following guidelines should be followed when providing email addresses to customers:

  1. For General Concerns, Queries, or Escalations:
    If a customer requests an email address to raise a concern, query, or any other general issue, please share the following email ID:

  2. For Grievance or Legal Escalations:
    In cases where a customer insists on escalating an issue to our Grievance Officer (if cx is asking for mail in cases where cx is considering legal action in consumer court), please provide the following email ID:
