WARRANTY 




• 2-Year Warranty
Warranty on product will be for 2 year from the date of purchase which covers
a. Electrical faults
b. Manufacturing defects
c. Filter changes

What isn't covered
a. Any physical damage to machine due to mishandling by the customer

Key points to remember
1. Cx who has purchased the machine before 05-Aug-2022 will have only 1 year warranty  
Refer Query to find the warranty of that customer or find the same in Warranty Card Info on customer request page (as per screenshot)

2. It is not mandatory to change the filter every 3 months, it depends on the Cx requirements. 
In case Cx is facing some issues with the RO and after a professional's visit, he confirms that filter change is necessary, then ask him to get the work done and we will pay him under warranty period.
