Probing
Inform Cx that it generally doesn't happen with our RO but if he/she feels there is some issue like that, ask them to diagnose it for once by doing the following steps :
1. Empty the RO tank
2. Note the time till RO tank gets completely
Less than 1 hourMore than 1 hour
Resolution
RO is working properly fine and no visit is required.There can be come blockage in filters (Generally where installation date is more than 180 days)
Close the ticketArrange a revisit and close the ticket
