SOP: RO not switching ON
| Customer Problem Statement | RO Not switching On |
| Probing | Understand from Customer : 1. If there is Power coming in RO or not 2. If tap water valve (Diverter Valve) is open or not |
| Reasons (If Cx has asked) | Inform Cx it generally happens when there is no power supply in the RO or there is no tap water / input water supply |
Resolution | 1. If Power is not coming, then ask CX to Switch On the RO from the switch box. 2. If Tap water valve is not opened, ask Cx to open and then check the same. |
If both conditions met then, Arrange the revisit, inform the Cx about timing and status and close the ticket | |
